Short Description:
The power-assisted manipulator, also known as the balance crane, is a novel power-assisted device for material handling and labor-saving operation during installation.
It ingeniously applies the principle of force balance, so that the operator can push and pull the weight accordingly, and then it can move and position in space in balance. Without skilled jogging operation, the operator can push and pull the heavy object by hand, and the heavy object can be placed in any position in the space correctly.
For portability of the assisted manipulator, a simple solution is to mount the grounded post of the assisted manipulator to a large steel plate to act as a counterweight to the manipulator and the overall load. Then, by bagging the fork on the steel plate, the unit can be easily moved to any location with a forklift. We call it a mobile power-assisted manipulator.
The power-assisted manipulator, the fixture can be customized according to the needs, and it is suitable for handling and loading and unloading of various workpieces. The product weight is 50KG, the working radius of the manipulator is 2.5 meters, and the lifting height is 1.3 meters.
