This whole conveying line is a lubricating oil filling system, with four large oil storage tanks at the front and four channels coming out. Each channel is divided into three oil injection ports, that is filling ports. Three weighing systems are arranged below each filling port. Power conveying lines are arranged above the weighing system. The barrel is placed above the power conveying line for canning and weighed in real time. After the weighing is displayed and the material is full, the cap is placed manually, and then pushed to the main power conveying line. There is a set of capping mechanism behind , the capping mechanism compresses the cap and keeps it parallel. This is a complete capping mechanism. After arriving at the palletizing area, every four barrels are arranged, and there are sensors on the side to detect them. After the robot recognizes them, it grabs four barrels and stacks them at the same time. There are 16 barrels on the floor, and the whole line is under automatic control. Only the oil filling port in the front needs a manual putting barrels and caps, and all other places are automatic. The whole line belongs to the automatic production line of canning, and it can also be used in food, chemical, and paint industries, the palletizing station can also replace different fixtures to adapt to palletizing of bags and cartons.
