This project is palletizer application for sugar bags stacking,the bags weight is 25kgs,5 bags per layer, total 8 layers,stacking height is 130CM,speed is 2 bags per miniute
The track palletizer consists of a column ,a track,and a horizontal folding arm installed on the column. The column is installed on the track. The horizontal arm can move up and down along the column.
It includes the track, the first slewing device, vertical guide rails, vertical sliding mechanism, arm servo drive unit, end servo drive unit, etc.According to the vertical sliding mechanism and the horizontal folding arm mechanism, the material is placed in the target position accurately and efficiently, saving human cost.
The equipment occupies a small space, is highly economical and practical, is easy to install and move, and is more adaptable to the market.
we can set different stacking program for different stacking style ,customer just need to choose the program they need.
